BEGINNER KICKBOXING
Muay Thai Beginner classes are specifically designed to burn fat and tone the body and cover the basics of Mauy Thai Kickboxing. You will get in shape doing exciting kickboxing and boxing drills and avoid the boredom and drudgery of the gym. No sparring or physical contact is made in this class. Normal gym attire is accepted. You will burn over 800 calories a hour in this class. Class exercises are done in interval training so you can work-out your whole body from your abs, arms, shoulders, legs and to those troublesome spots that just never seem to get toned. This class starts with a ten minute jump rope session followed by 20 minutes of different ab, leg and upper-body exercises that get you lean and toned. The last 30 minutes of class is spent learning basic Muay Thai techniques on nine different types of training bags and utilizing various stability training equipment.
