In order to become skilled in a endeavor a prospective student needs to become familiar with the learning environment that he or she finds themselves in. A Kickboxing gym is a unique atmosphere. The longer you train at the gym the deeper the relationship  gets with the coaching staff. When you show that you are serious about learning by consistently training you will be shown more and more . You must have a good attitude and follow directions. Students need to remember that we receive multiple calls and emails every day from people who wish to learn and are self assured that they are tomorrows next champion. In order to learn a student needs put in the time necessary to convince the coaching staff that they are not going to flunk out after a week. As you become a positive influence on others and bring a good attitude to the ring you will receive like treatment and learn more and more from the coaching staff.

All students have usually seen a classic kung fu movie where a student is asked to listen and follow directions and follow them no matter how hard they may seem. Although it may be a personal struggle to do this it is for your benefit. You must be able to be coachable and have a heart that can take on a challenge. You must endure. Respect must be given to your coach and to your fellow students. You must dig deep and find the courage to train hard and find the willingness to humble yourself to learn this ancient art. It does not come overnight. Everybody has a spark within themselves and rest assured that spark will be fanned into a flame if you let it. Take the challenge today and find the warrior inside of you….
