Open gym is for all adult and teen students who wish to work on the skill sets on their own time. Pad work, mitt work, drills, clinch, bags, and weight training and open mat jiu jitsu is available. This is a great time to just focus on some techniques or body strengthening exercises you need time for outside of class. This time is open for any and all student except children. No sparring without a instructor present is allowed. Ages 16- and up only.
