Jersey City Kickboxing offers fighters training for Muay Thai, Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu and MMA for both the Amateur/Professional fighter and grappler.
Sparring sessions, Group classes, Open gym, Fighters only sessions with mitt work, pad work, clinch work and rolling sessions are available seven days a week several times a day to ensure a fighter gets adequate training and conditioning to prepare for competition.
Fighters must interview for a place on the fight team and be committed to training, be coach-able and have time to travel for competitions.
Fighters must have a good attitude and be able to work with other fighters on the team.
All fighters must be licensed and submit to all State Athletic Commission and Sanctioning Bodies rules for blood work and physicals to compete and join the fight team.
