    Squat thrust, push up, row, row, pop up ,clean, pistol press w /dumbells

    5 min round /one minute segments-
    One arm dumbell swings
    One arm dumbell swings
    Double high sumo pull
    Twisting shoulder press
    Double standing rotating rows

    5 min round /one minute segments-
    One arm lying push press in crunch position
    One arm lying push press in crunch position
    Y Press
    One legged squat
    One legged squat

    5 min round /one minute segments-
    Sit up with dumbell
    Wood Chopper to right
    Wood Chooper to left
    WindShield wiper with palms down
    Jack knives
